Photo & Video Permission

I grant Anitra's Light Foundation permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, and likeness during volunteer activities for promotional, educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes, including on the Foundation's website, social media platforms, printed materials, and other communications.

I understand that these materials may be used without compensation and that my identity will be represented respectfully. I may withdraw this permission at any time by providing written notice to the Foundation; however, such withdrawal will not apply to materials already published.

Volunteer Liability Waiver & Acknowledgment

I understand that my volunteer service with Anitra's Light Foundation is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including minor injuries, accidents, or property damage. I voluntarily assume these ordinary risks and agree to follow all Foundation policies, safety procedures, and staff instructions while volunteering.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Anitra's Light Foundation, its Board of Directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from liability for claims arising from ordinary negligence during my volunteer service. This waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in volunteer activities. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the Foundation to obtain emergency medical treatment if I am unable to provide consent. I understand that I am responsible for any related medical expenses.
